Okay so its a new style season, and this spring brings back the rise of the Culotte. This brings me so much joy, I love culottes which can be styled up or down, being practical whilst still looking feminine. So what better way to celebrate their return to fashion than with a blog post dedicated to the trend. Here are three ways to style culottes, for inspiration this spring.
Pointed shoes are so on trend for this season, so how could I not pick a few of my personal favorites out to make a post. Each of these shoes will make a statement in any outfit whether to add a chic touch to a monochrome style, or whether to stand out in contrast to another statement piece, as a lover of shoes I can't help but want every single one of these.

For todays blogmas post I thought I would do a classic Christmas edit following a back and gold theme. There are so many Christmas events and parties this year following a classic theme means you can mix and match, looking different every-time whilst only needing a few staples in your wardrobe and switching up accessories. I hope this post is useful, let me know what parties you have planned this Christmas, and what your Christmas staples are! Emily
YAY December at last! Despite having had our tree up at uni for over a week now...we are Christmas keen! It feels like I can truly start getting in the Christmas spirit now that we have hit December! What better way is there to enjoy this time of year than to put up a festive blog post everyday before Christmas!
Todays post is my take on a winter walk outfit, something that looks stylish whilst still keeping you warm on a crisp winters morning. Everything mentioned in the post is from Top Shop as I am in love with their collection at the moment! Let me know what you think and what your festive plans are.
How has this happened?! One minute I was looking forward to summer and now summer is gone and we are into autumn, which is I may add my absolute favourite time of the year!
I love the warmth of the season, the beautiful colours it entails and the joy you gain from the comforts you are able to enjoy...warm baths after a crisp walk, loads of food, and snuggling in blankets whilst reading books or watching films!
As I am sat here, reading blog posts and watching autumnal you tube videos, it has dawned on me that I need to share my love of autumn with the blogging world before it too has passed and we are well into winter! I hope you enjoy!
The beautiful colours and the way the light shines through the trees.

Today I popped down to the cinema to see Gravity. I'm not going to spoil the plot, just say that I would strongly advise everyone to go and see it as it an amazing piece of cinematography and Alfonso Cuarón, and Jonás Cuarón did an amazing job writing that screenplay!
I didn't really know what the film was about other than the fact that it was set in space. I was undecided if I even wanted to see it, but I am so so glad I did as I would say it is one of my favourite films from this year possibly ever!
Its not often I go to the cinema and come away feeling like I have just seen something amazing, but today that definitely happened.
The film is essentially a thriller, with high suspense throughout. Its not scary, but it certainly keeps your eyes glued to the screen wondering what the outcome for the main character is going to be.
The film has the tiniest cast with two main characters played by Sandra bullock, who is amazing in this film and the character is very different from the roles she generally plays, and George Clooney. then there are just three other actors who you actually see in the film and some voice overs.
Not only is the acting, and screenplay amazing in the film but the visual effects are incredible! I would go and see the film again just to see the incredible visuals. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the film in 3D but I can only imagine how that would just make the film perfect.
I would definitely recommend this film to almost anyone! It's incredible and I cant wait to get it on DVD.
